Retrain the brain to decrease tendon pain

There is increasing research evidence supporting the existence of a strong link between the gut and the brain and the skin and the brain. Physiotherapists have been aware of the saying ‘You can’t separate mind and body’ for a long time. Now we have research evidence to support this, interventions which retrain the brain can have a direct impact on musculoskeletal pain.
