Best exercises for non-specific lower back pain :- Literature review of the evidence

Many of the exercises I give my patients experiencing lower back pain are pilates based exercises, ‘McKenzie’ exercises and flexibility exercises. This ensures they develop and maintain a strong and mobile back.
