Exercise for OA of the hip and knee

This article (see link below) gives an overview of the latest evidence regarding exercise therapy for osteoarthritis. There is increasing evidence that exercise therapy for all patients with knee and/or hip osteoarthritis. Indeed there are several systematic reviews that provide evidence that exercise therapy will improve patient outcomes regardless of the severity of the disease and comorbidities.
