Exercises for Osteoporosis

If you have osteoporosis you may feel anxious about getting outdoors and exercising if your muscle strength, coordination and balance have deteriorated during the COVID-19 pandemic. These exercises from the Royal Osteoporosis Society are really helpful. When your balance and coordination improves you become steadier on your feet and more confident. If you’re less fearful you’re less likely to fall.
