Home working posture advice

Great advice from 'W.H.O' to look after your back, neck and prevent repetitive strain injuries.

Using a seperate keyboard and mouse for your laptop means it can become a screen at eye level and take the strain off your neck and upper back. You may need to increase the font size on the screen.

Good support for your lower back is also important. Keep up to date with eye tests and ensure your head isn't rotating to one side more than the other to look at paperwork or use a phone.
